HOW & WHY ENGINEERING UTILITIES STARTED
Engineering Utilities was founded in 1976 by Brian Soulsby in Bradford, West Yorkshire. His vision was to provide a livelihood for his family and the oncoming generations, by establishing a business with a mission to service the engineering sector with high value, innovative metal finishing solutions. One of the breakthrough products he pioneered the business with in the early days was the Lodfield Blast Pistol. This was a unique product for removing rust from vehicles, in the days when coating technology was in its infancy.
